Directors’ duties
Directors are responsible for the day-to-day management of your business; as well as their supervisory role, legislation, such as the Companies Act 2006, imposes responsibilities on directors with which they must comply. Duties range from a responsibility to promote the success of the company to the duty to avoid a conflict of interest. We provide clear and concise advice to directors and the board.
Regulatory compliance
It is essential that your company complies with any applicable regulatory frameworks. The Companies Act 2006 applies to all UK companies, including private limited companies, public limited companies and limited liability partnerships.
