Russell Brinkhurst joined our Corporate and Commercial team as a Partner in April 2023, having worked at another local firm across the table from the team at CooperBurnett on transactions for a number of years.
Russell advises on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law matters, from corporate finance to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment and shareholders’ agreements. Russell also advises on all aspects of commercial law and has worked with numerous start-ups, both from the UK and abroad. He enjoys working closely with business owners and becoming part of their team and their ‘trusted adviser’.
In his spare time, Russell likes to be outdoors – whether that’s enjoying the countryside or taking out his ‘mid-life crisis’ car for a spin on warmer days.
