Commercial Property Disputes

Property Dispute Legal Services - Kent, Sussex & Surrey

We have extensive experience of advising a wide range of landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property, as well as developers and agents, on property matters throughout south east England.

Property litigation disputes can arise without much notice and be fast moving and inconvenient. That is why we offer our clients swift, commercially minded and pragmatic advice on their property disputes and aim to resolve or avoid disputes in a cost-effective manner.

We work closely with our commercial property lawyers and assist with any issues that arise on their transactions to ensure these run as smoothly as possible. We also work with our insolvency specialists to assist with disputes arising out of personal and corporate insolvency proceedings.

We can arrange representation for our clients in court and, where necessary, we can find the right experts, barristers and mediators to ensure they receive the best resolution.
