Oliver joined our Commercial Property team as a Partner in summer 2023 having worked at another firm locally since 2015.
He has almost 20 years’ experience in planning and related areas of public law, as well as a strong background in commercial property since his return to the private sector. His planning law work focuses on s106 agreements and undertakings at application and appeal; negotiating associated infrastructure agreements; varying consents; obtaining certificates of lawfulness; and acting on contentious planning matters. His commercial property work includes negotiating overage arrangements, options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements as well as general landlord and tenant work.
When he’s not at work, Oliver enjoys cooking, cycling, sailing, skiing and travel.
