Directors’ disqualification

Directors’ disqualification, Insolvency Solicitors - Kent, Sussex & Surrey

Directors can be disqualified from acting if their conduct on an insolvent company is deemed to be unfit.

The consequences of being disqualified as a director are harsh, with orders of disqualification ranging up to 15 years.  Our insolvency team has significant experience in acting for directors in defending disqualification proceedings.  We can also provide advice on how to fulfil the legal restrictions imposed, following a disqualification order and/or undertaking.
