Employment Contracts

Employment Contracts - Kent, Sussex & Surrey

An employment contract is the fundamental document that governs the relationship between employer and employee.

This document contains the key terms agreed between employer and employee, which govern matters whilst the employee remains employed, and where appropriate, once the employment relationship has ended.

We can work with you to assess your current employment contracts, and whether they remain fit for purpose. In light of the ongoing changes implemented by the Employment Rights Act 2025, our team will consider whether your employment contracts meet the needs of your business, whilst remaining legislatively compliant.

It is important that your contract protects your business adequately and we can advise on the restrictive covenants you may wish to include, as well as other clauses that you can rely on, for example, should the employment relationship come to an end. This means we get to understand your business and its priorities, so that we can help with drafting the most suitable document for you.
