We are very proud of the impact John has made during his presidency.
We were thrilled to share the event with 25 of our team members and also delighted that the event raised nearly £1500 for Demelza Hospice Care For Children, John’s chosen charity for his year and our current charity of choice.
Our equity partners at CooperBurnett have pledged to pound match that sum!
When he was named as President earlier in the year, he said his biggest goal was to ‘wave the flag for our Society, raise its profile locally, get even more local lawyers engaged and make it even ‘bigger and better’.
We feel he has more than achieved that.The guest speaker at the dinner was Iain Dale, the LBC radio broadcaster, writer and political commentator.
