This deal was achieved with funding from Reward Finance Group and comes on the back of Rebiere Holdings’ purchase of West Malling-based Viner & Sons last year.
“We are delighted to have supported James and Charlotte Gardner from Rebiere Holdings, as they continue their drive to build a network of independent funeral directors across Kent and, over time, further afield,” says Andrew Hawkins, a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial team at CooperBurnett. “Rebiere Holdings has an enviable business model which places the family ethos of the community-based businesses they acquire at the heart. We look forward to continuing to support James and Charlotte on this exciting journey.”
Adds James Gardner: “There was a fair amount of interest in the deal, so we were required to move fast and the team at CooperBurnett stepped up and delivered. We felt supported every step of the way, which gave us great confidence and are looking forward to working with them on our next acquisition.”
