CooperBurnett LLP joins ‘an elite group of dream-makers’ who support the charity.
Since 2014, Crowborough-based Taylor-Made Dreams has helped deliver over 2,000 bucket list items, alongside multiple other services, for children in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Essex with life-limiting and terminal illnesses.
The Titanium Circle is an annual corporate sponsorship programme with four levels of sponsorship (CooperBurnett is now a Palladium member) to suit different levels of giving, which offers a hands-on, meaningful and measurable way of giving to charity.
“Taylor-Made Dreams provides children and their loved ones with some amazing meet-ups and experiences when time is short – creating really precious memories,” says Jennifer Irving. “I was delighted to win this prize for CB and look forward to discovering how we can further support the charity through our membership. Taylor-Made Dreams was our chosen charity for two years from 2016 and it is a charity when means a lot to our people.”
Taylor-Made Dreams was launched ten years ago by Suzi Mitchell, in memory of her son Taylor, who had written a ‘bucket list’ of people he wanted to meet and places he wanted to go, during a four-year illness. Taylor passed away on 2 September 2011 and it was, while fulfilling his list, Suzi decided she would one day set up a charity to do the same for other children facing life-limiting illnesses.
“There are more children in our community with bucket list wishes and the support Titanium Circle members offer will help us deliver those wishes now and in future years,” says Suzi Mitchell.
