The Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks are holding a day of storytelling for children to raise vital funds for ellenor. Some come and join in on Tuesday 24 October

Head of our Corporate team, Victoria Sampson, is also an Ambassador for the children’s hospice charity ellenor. This coming half-term, on Tuesday 24 October, she’s heading to The Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks to help out at a day of storytelling for children to raise vital funds for the charity.

The event, which runs from 10am to 2pm will feature plenty to amuse young children and their parents.

He will be joined by a member of the Sevenoaks Panto cast. This year’s festive production is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and ellenor has already been selected as the chosen charity for the run of the panto.

At the event on 24 October, ellenor will also be selling new books and offering face painting and a Halloween craft corner. The ellenor mascot, Ellie the elephant, will be there to meet children and the café will be open as usual, selling refreshments, including children’s lunch boxes. There’s also a chance to win a family ticket to the panto plus VIP reception.

ellenor provides vital hospice care to children in their own homes across south west Kent.

“The work that ellenor does is inspirational,” says Victoria. “The charity provides invaluable care and support to babies, children and teenagers, their parents, siblings and family members through what are extremely difficult and unimaginable times. ellenor is relentless in its commitment to provide 24-hour palliative and end-of-life care to children who desperately need it and would like to help more families – but cannot do this without securing funding.”

There’s no need to book for this event - just turn up – and bring your friends!
